My name is Kellsey. I am from Indiana and I am 18 years old. For as long as I can remember I have always been interested in traveling the world and experiencing the many cultures that exist in today’s society. I got my first taste of culture when I traveled to Paris, France my freshman year of high school with my then best friend. I took French my freshman year for that very reason and I have pursued becoming fluent in the French language.
Now I am in college majoring in International Studies and French. I am thinking of pursing a job in foreign relations or business but I am still not quite sure what I want to do. I would also like to take another language to broaden my horizons and open up more opportunities in todays world. I would hope that my role in today’s global society would help positively influence those around me into also wanting to become involved and help, however small, impact society as a whole in exploring and preserving the world’s many diverse cultures.
